Return Policy – HumTak.pk

At HumTak.pk, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver quality products with reliable service. However, in rare cases where a return is necessary, we have a straightforward policy in place.

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, only for eligible products (as listed below). After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange under any circumstances.

Eligible Product Types for Return

We only accept returns for the following categories, provided they meet the conditions outlined below:

• Fashion Apparel (Unstitched / Stitched)

• Shoes and Footwear

• Home Appliances (small only, like irons, toasters, etc.)

• Electronics Accessories (earphones, chargers, etc.)

• Beauty Products (only sealed/unopened)

Note: Large appliances (refrigerators, TVs, etc.), personal items (undergarments, cosmetics, etc.), clearance sale items, or any customized products are non-returnable.

Conditions for Return

For a return to be approved, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Have all tags, labels, and accessories intact

• Be accompanied by a valid order number and proof of purchase

• Be defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Change of mind or dislike after receiving the product

• Wrong size selection by the customer (please refer to size guides before ordering)

• Used or washed products

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Process

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.

2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and relevant photos if the product is defective.

3. Once approved, you will be instructed to send the item back via courier (charges may apply).

4. After inspection, if the return is valid, we will offer either:

   • Exchange (if available)

   • Store credit or voucher for future purchases (no cash refunds)

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If the item does not meet return conditions upon inspection, it will be returned to the customer without refund or exchange.

• HumTak.pk reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with our policy.
